A wide selection of KGN anchorage types is made available to meet the full radius of practical requirements. Intermediate anchorages and couplers are also available. The strand bundle can be as blend uncoated or individually greased and sheathed strands. The anchorages for these two types of tendons differ only in detail, the principle remains the same.
WedgesWedges Pieces of tapered high-strength heat-treated steel with serrations (teeth) that penetrate the prestressing steel during transfer of prestressing force. Each individual wedge segment is examined for exact tooth shape by computer cameras. Anchor barrels are manufactured from high –tensile crack –tested basic material in a special process, and are only stamped and released for dispatch after final ultrasonic testing.
In this way we ensure the highest industrial safety and long service life of the anchor components.
KGN bonded flat slab S5 anchor use 4no .15.24mm seven or 5no.12.7mm seven –wire prestressing strand and has the maximum characteristic tensile strength of 2000 MPa.
KGN bonded flat slab S4 anchor use 4no .15.24mm seven or 4no.12.7mm seven –wire prestressing strands and has the maximum characteristic tensile strength of 2000 MPa.
KGN bonded flat slab S3 anchor use 2no .15.24mm seven or 3no.12.7mm seven –wire prestressing strands and the maximum characteristic tensile strength of 2000 MPa.
We are well-known manufacturer and supplier of high quality Corrugated Sheathing (Ducts), which facilitates pre-stressing steel to move freely during stressing. In prestress structures, Metallic and H.DP.E. ducts are widely used. The Corrugated sheathing can be availed in strip size ranging from 39 mm to 150 mm in round various sizes in flat with thickness of 0.24 mm to 0.7 mm. The ducts can be availed in Bright metal / Galvanized Iron / H.D.P.E.
